Portland, OR, USA (Press Release) December 21, 2007 – King James Bible Online ( http://www.kingjamesbibleonline.org/ ) this week launched its new Bible website.

The website will serve as a free, simple, well-designed, and easy-to-read Bible study resource to Bible readers. It will aim to embrace the latest social media trends, incorporating user-submitted comments and ratings for Bible topics, verses, and commentaries. The website currently contains two commentaries, two dictionaries, a variety of information on various Bible subjects, and an interactive illustrated Bible quiz.

"While several Bible-related websites already exist, some are too hard to read, with cluttered ads, difficult to navigate," according to Trent Mueller, webmaster of King James Bible Online. "Other similar sites are either too slow, not interactive, or too boring- with no interesting website design elements." The King James Bible Online aims to find this balance, while fulfilling the demand of new Bible reading consumers.

The website ownership is a non-profit entity which encourages volunteer help. King James Bible Online welcomes anyone with Bible knowledge or technical computer skills to volunteer and help make the website a valuable resource for Bible readers.
