Cary, NC- RealLivingNutrition.com, an online weight management site, is teaming up with cookbook author Holly Clegg to become their new Food Editor. RealLivingNutrition.com focuses on lifestyle changes to help people reach their weight loss goals. The site provides weight loss information and online programs, recipes, and food tips. Holly will provide recipes and video demonstrations on the site for visitors, clients, and newsletter subscribers who are working towards making healthy changes to manage their weight.

Holly has published 5 cookbooks, with her Trim and Terrific series that focus on healthy, quick meals. Holly makes regular local and network television appearances including Fox & Friends and NBC Weekend Today Show. She writes for national food magazines and Internet food sites. Holly also serves as the national spokeswoman for multiple food companies.

"We are thrilled to have Holly partner with us. Her recipes focus on quick and healthy meals. Her approach is the perfect fit for our site," says Meri Raffetto RD, founder and CEO of RealLivingNutrition.com. "People often shy away from healthy recipes. The thought is that cooking healthy is difficult and time-consuming, using unusual ingredients. Quick and easy are the kinds of recipes people are looking for with their busy schedules. Holly provides recipes using small ingredient list and simple steps which are the perfect fit for our members and visitors of the site." Most of the recipes can be made in 30 minutes or less and are lower in calories, which is important for those managing their weight.

Holly also appears in cooking videos that are available on the site. The cooking videos are 3-5 minutes in length and demonstrate how to put the recipe together. The Holiday Yam & Cornbread stuffing recipe is currently available for visitors to watch. A new recipe will be added each month to the site and the newsletter and will provide the nutrient breakdown.

To see Holly's recipes, people can visit the site at www.reallivingnutrition.com.
