WAKE FOREST, N.C. – Andy Ammons, president of Ammons Development Group and owner of the Heritage Club, has announced that renovations have been completed at The Heritage Clubhouse. The Heritage Club is a semi-private golf club open to the public; located in the Heritage Wake Forest neighborhood. The redesign was overseen by Ted Van Dyk, AIA, principal of Raleigh-based New City Design, and added an upscale 19th hole lounge and 770 square feet of outdoor seating overlooking the 18th green, fairway and lake. The renovations included new flooring, wall coverings, window treatments, ceilings, lighting and furniture throughout the clubhouse, as well as new cabinetry and display walls in the Golf Shop. The updated banquet facilities can handle seated groups of 40 or standing groups of 75, and lunch will now be served daily with all ABC permits in the clubhouse’s restaurant.

Heritage Wake Forest features beautiful custom-homes with a wide variety of home plans and architectural styles. The community features several amenities, which include the Heritage Swim and Tennis Club as well as the award-winning Heritage Golf Club. For more information, visit www.heritagewakeforest.com.
