Sydney, Australia – January 29, 2008 - Boutique Investment Bank Lincoln Crowne & Company (‘LCC’ or ‘Firm’) today announced its expansion to the United States of America with the opening of a representative office in Boston, Massachusetts.

Commenting on the latest expansion LCC’s Executive Chairman, Nicholas Assef, noted: “ Lincoln Crowne & Company has now established a business footprint in many of the rapidly growing markets across Australia and Asia. Over the past 12 months the Firm has undertaken engagements in many Asian nations including Vietnam, Malaysia, India, Singapore, Thailand, South Korea and Indonesia. Each of these markets has their own commercial and cultural sensitivities which need to be observed in order to conduct business successfully.”

“Our research has indicated a high level of curiosity in the US for mid market companies wanting to conduct business in Asia & Australia, but there is a lack of experience & understanding in dealing in these economies.” Assef continued.
“LCC has recruited the services of an experienced Wall Street professional whom I have known for in excess of 10 years. This Firm will strive to bring specific opportunities to US companies and private equity investors that today have a limited ability to access such Asian options” Assef concluded.

Lincoln Crowne & Company’s initial office will be based on State Street, Boston, and is anticipated to be operational from Monday 4th February 2008. Further US expansion is anticipated for Q1 2008.
