Dr. Sergey Kalitenko, a Brooklyn, New York-based doctor, disagrees with the findings from a new study out of Australia that suggests there may now be a cure for type 2 diabetes.

A new study out of Australia suggests that there may now be a cure for type 2 diabetes. According to Dr. John Dixon of Monash University Medical School in Melbourne, more than two thirds of patients with type 2 diabetes achieved remission after undergoing stomach band surgery. Dr. David Cummings of the University of Washington in Seattle says that the diabetic benefits resulting from gastric bypass surgery can show up even faster.

These findings may sound good on paper, but when you take into consideration the risks associated with surgery, the alternate choice of proper diet and exercise to achieve the same results sounds a lot better.

Dr. Sergey Kalitenko, a Brooklyn, New York-based doctor believes that full type 2 diabetes remission can be achieved through proper diet along with hormone testing and replacement therapy (HRT), where needed.

After all, type 2 diabetes is a disease related to obesity and age; proper diet and weight reduction is key to eliminating its symptoms. Surgery is a quick fix, but certainly not the only path toward a cure.

Detoxification protocols, varied dietary solutions and HRT are available at Dr. Kalitenko’s office and all treatments are closely monitored under a physician’s supervision. Initial consultation is free.
