AFA Approved for Enhanced Learning Credits Scheme

AFA Project Management Consultancy and Training, are very proud to announce recent approval to provide training to service personnel, under the Ministry of Defence's Enhanced Learning Credits scheme (ELC), on Office of Government Commerce's (OGC) management methodologies accredited courses. Service personnel can choose from PRINCE2™, MSP™ and M_o_R® examination courses. The Ministry of Defence’s ELC scheme is an initiative to promote lifelong learning for members of the Armed Forces and financial help is provided. The Enhanced Learning Credits Administration (ELCAS) pay up to 80% of the course fee, and is open to personnel who are currently serving in the forces, or have left the forces within a certain time frame.

Alan Ferguson, AFA's Managing Director said, ‘I think the scheme is a great way to encourage armed forces personnel to continue their professional development and think about a career in project or programme management. Having spent 20 years in the Royal Air Force before starting up AFA some 15 years ago, this is a great initiative which AFA fully support.'

Open courses are scheduled in Norwich, Cambridge, Ipswich, Peterborough, London, Bracknell, Preston, Edinburgh, and Belfast.
