Toronto, ON – Paper Moose (www.papermoose.com), caters to people who are looking beyond the cookie cutter trend by offering customers the ability to create their own unique apparel items.

Created and designed by native Torontonian Monica Reyes, Paper Moose features designs that range from cute whimsical designs such as a sushi monster to the more offbeat designs — a menacing knife wielding Venus fly trap plant being a prime example.

With the company's no "one-size fits all" mentality, sizes up to 2XL are available on the site. “Having customized apparel really gives customers a chance to get what they want.” Reyes said. “Nothing makes an item feel more personal than being able to have a hand in the way it's created.”

Along with offering apparel, Paper Moose also provides a service where others can try their hand at silk-screening by getting their own design on a mini-frame. Mini-frames allow the full exploration of silk-screening without the mess of creating the screen.

Reyes has plans to expand the site with a non-apparel line as well as give people an opportunity to showcase their designs on shirts. “I think everyone should be able to wear their own design. It's like fridge art, except on your shirt.”
