Indxit Systems appoints creator of DocuTrak ™ and former Kryptiq executive Sam Shapiro to the board of directors

Dallas, Texas. July 24, 2008 – Indxit Systems, the leading provider of automated document indexing technologies, announced today that Sam Shapiro, formerly with Kryptiq Corporation, has joined the Indxit Systems board of directors. Sam will draw on his experience as creator and architect of DocuTrak, to help guide the development of InDxLogic – an automated document indexing system used in conjunction with electronic medical records (EMR) systems such as GE's Centricity ® EMR.

Mr. Shapiro brings to Indxit Systems over 14 years of experience in healthcare software development and business administration. After the acquisition of his former company MedShape (creator of DocuTrak) by Kryptiq Corporation, Mr. Shapiro joined Kryptiq and served in several senior executive roles including Vice President of Development and Operations. While in this role, Mr. Shapiro was responsible for managing engineering, customer support and product implementation. During his time at Kryptiq, Mr. Shapiro played key roles in shaping product direction and development as well as managing customer growth of over 1000% over 3 years. In 2007 Mr. Shapiro left Kryptiq and founded Qvera LLC where he is currently engaged.
