After one year of activity, Windows on Europe Spa is close to reach its first year target: 10M euros turnover. The companies acquired by the holding one year ago are now integrated.

The Company starts its activity in Milan, Italy as Rentxpress in the year 2002, with a tight focus on short term rentals, and in particular on Corporate Housing – a new segment in the Italian market. Its fast growth and market response leads it to the subsequent launch of a second business and brand (Halldis) whereby Halldis is founded by shareholders whose major interest lies in an international development and expansion.

In September of 2007 an agreement with Leonardo Ferragamo (of the fashion group Salvatore Ferragamo family), who also has interests in both the real estate and hotelier business, leads to the birth of a new company: Windows on Europe Spa. This latest corporation (with a capital of Euro 1 M and with Leonardo Ferragamo as President and Pietro Martani as CEO) marks the beginning of a second phase for the Company, which starts with the full acquisition of both Halldis and Rentxpress. As a new Group whose core business is to become market leaders in all aspects of real estate management, the Company also fully acquires Global System Srl (specialised in the service industry, with a focus on Serviced Offices), Windows on Italy (a real estate agency founded 21 years ago by Leonardo Ferragamo and specialized in the management of high end villas and apartments – Windows on Italy) and Gentili & Roy (an exclusive travel agency specializing in high quality services for top urban destinations – see Gentili & Roy).
