PebbleArt Inc., a leading company in the manufacture and import of natural stone products and accessories, has acquired a series of new suppliers, which will allow them to tap into the lucrative market for Mexican stone handicrafts.

PebbleArt Inc. resolved agreements with several Mexican suppliers and quarries last week, which have gained them access to a wide variety of new stone products from south of the border. New offerings include a variety of lamps, candle holders, game sets, with the centerpiece being a brand new line of polished marble beverage coasters. The company plans to distribute these products throughout the northeast and to retail partners across the United States.

PebbleArt started out 5 years ago as a manufacturer of home products and accessories made from real pieces of natural stone. Three years ago they decided to expand their offerings, looking overseas to the marble handicraft markets in India, China, and Pakistan. Developing trade agreements with several factories, the company began distributing these products in early 2006. The highlight of this collection was the extremely popular multicolored onyx line.

For a variety of internal reasons the company didn't look south of the border for Mexican manufacturers until just a few months ago. At that point, they began talks with a variety of quarries each offering a variety of materials, products, and options. After a brief period of discussion with the different companies, PebbleArt settled on a select group of manufacturers that were deemed steady and stable enough to keep up with the inevitable demand that distribution would bring.

The new products being made available include a series of translucent candle holders, a variety of chess sets, decorative pieces, and clocks. The centerpiece of the new collection is their line of polished marble drink coasters, which will be the newest addition to their already wildly popular coaster series, and which will be housed on the page http://coasters.pebblez.com/marble-coasters.html

The entire collection is being showcased on the PebbleArt retail website at http://PebbleZ.com. The company will also be offering these new products to retail and wholesale distribution partners in the weeks and months to come.
