ACOM, Blytheco to Demonstrate Co-developed Document Management Solution for MAS 90/200/500 at Sage Insights; Provides One-Click Document Viewing from Within Sage Applications

ATLANTA, Georgia and LONG BEACH, California, May 5, 2009 ACOM Solutions, Inc, a leading developer/marketer of payment and document management software, and Blytheco, LLC, the leading Sage Software distributor and consistent "Sage Partner of the Year," have co-developed a turnkey solution that integrates ACOM's EZContentManager (EZCM) document management system seamlessly with Sage's MAS 90/200/500 ERP product family, ACOM Senior Vice President James R. Scott and Blytheco Executive Vice President Nicholas Hoad announced today.

To be marketed as "EZContentManager with Sage Integration," the new solution will be demonstrated publicly for the first time at Sage Insights, May 11-14 at the Gaylord Opryland Resort and Convention center in Nashville. Attendees can view the demonstration at the ACOM and the Blytheco booths, numbers 657 and 560, respectively.

One of the key benefits of the integrated solution is the ability of users to remain within the MAS90/200/500 environment while accessing and managing key documents. This minimizes end user training, since functions such as viewing invoices or sales order documents, checking the workflow status of documents, or adding documents to a folder, can all be done by simply clicking a button on the Sage screen.

Priced starting at $7,500.00, "EZContentManager with Sage Integration" incorporates a streamlined version of EZCM, providing the workflow engine along with functional elements that are especially relevant to the 30,000-strong Sage mid-market customer base. The turnkey MAS 90/200/500 document management system also includes an implementation and service package.

"Blytheco and ACOM have customers in common, and our objective was to enhance their Sage solutions with efficient document capture, storage and management capabilities, precluding a need to purchase new ERP systems with those capabilities on board," Hoad said. As a typical deployment, Hoad and Scott referenced an accounts payable person working on an invoice and needing to view supportive documentation. Clicking a single on-screen button displays the EZCM screen, from which the user can drill down through associated documents, such as purchase orders, general correspondence and emails, with subsequent clicks. When finished, the user exits EZCM and returns automatically to the original Sage AP screen.
