International Lawyers Network Elects New Chairman

New York (June 17, 2009) – The International Lawyers Network, one of the largest networks of experienced attorneys in the world, announced today that Peter Altieri, of the law firm EpsteinBeckerGreen, was elected Chairman.

Mr. Altieri was elected by the Board of Directors during the 21st ILN Annual Meeting in San Francisco. The ILN is comprised of 91 high-quality, full-service and specialized law firms in 66 countries on six continents, with over 5,000 lawyers.

Mr. Altieri is a Shareholder with EpsteinBeckerGreen, the ILN's founding firm in New York, in the Litigation and Labor and Employment practices. His practice, based in New York, focuses on complex commercial litigation, antitrust/trade regulation, trade secrets and employment-related litigation. Mr. Altieri represents clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, managed care, trucking and insurance.

Mr. Altieri is assuming the ILN chairmanship from Lowell Lifschultz, a Shareholder at EpsteinBeckerGreen in the Business Law practice in the New York office. Mr. Lifschultz developed and founded the International Lawyers Network on behalf of EBG.

Also at the Annual Meeting, the membership re-elected Mr. Michael Slan of Fogler Rubinoff (Toronto, Canada) and Mr. Marc Udink of Udink & de Jong (The Hague, Netherlands) to the Board of Directors and elected new Director, Mr. Ian Clarke, of Gadens Lawyers (Sydney, Australia) for three-year terms.
