Fresh off of a critically acclaimed theatrical run, LifeSize Entertainment announced the DVD release of Erik Weigel's award winning EL CAMINO, starring Screen Actors Guild Award Winner Elisabeth Moss (Mad Men, The West Wing), Chris Denham (Charlie Wilson's War, Head Space) and Leo Fitzpatrick (Fay Grimm, The Kill Point).

Roger Ebert called El Camino "A Pure American Road Movie…Absorbing And Elegantly Shot!"

Elias Kotek of Moving Pictures Magazine praised El Camino as "A Cinematic Journey Filled With Warmth And Wonder!"

Set against a changing American landscape, EL CAMINO follows Lily (Moss) as she travels from Virginia to Mexico with Gray (Denham) and Elliot (Fitzpatrick) to fulfill their mutual friend's last request to deposit his cremated ashes there. As these young adults journey through a culture traumatized by war and economic collapse, they confront their unrealized selves and their grief with surprising results. Nothing happens the way we expect in El Camino. It's a humorous and compassionate film about friendship, family and identity in today's America.

Moss described her character Lily as "a loner, she's independent, she's different from other people, which is something that some of the characters I've played have in common. But she's also more outgoing and free and is willing to take risks, which is a different sort of thing for me."

"El Camino is the latest in a grand tradition of American road movies," said Lifesize President Bruce Frigeri. "At the same time it reinvents the genre with heartfelt clarity and a distinct lack of cliche. We're proud to be releasing it."
