The top wine gurus are now in Philadelphia. The Wine School of Philadelphia is announcing the recent addition of Dr. Lynn Hoffman to its already robust teaching staff this week.

Lynn Hoffman is that rare combination in the world of academia: a person with impeccable credentials who has kept his sense of humor and his ability to communicate. Dr. Hoffman will be overseeing the Advanced and Masters programs for school president Keith Wallace.

Prior to joining the senior staff at The Wine School of Philadelphia, Dr. Hoffman was Scholar in Residence in Food and Culture at Drexel University for nine years. He is the founder of that university's Culinary Arts program. The good doctor is the author of an upcoming university textbook on wine, and a former nationally-syndicated wine columnist.

Dr. Hoffman joins Keith Wallace, MS, in his effort to build the most successful wine education company in America. "Our instructors could teach anywhere, but they teach for us, often for less than half their usual salary' says Keith, "we are the best game in town.'

Outside of a full university program, the Wine School is now the top wine education firm in America. The school, located in the Art Museum area in Philadelphia, offers the only certification program in the wine industry built from the ground up for American consumers and professionals.
