TORONTO, Ontario - (VOICELOGIC) - Sept 11, 2009 — VoiceLogic.com announces industry alternative solution to the FTC's newer strict voice broadcasting rules. As of September 1, 2009, the FTC tightened rules on voice broadcast telemarketing. Companies are no longer allowed to voice broadcast pre-recorded messages to consumers without express written permission.

Since the new FTC rules do not apply to live calls, companies can use a "voicemail courier" service to transmit their pre-recorded messages. VoiceLogic uses a live call center with a proprietary voice mail courier component to deliver messages to voice mail, just like voice broadcasting services.

The VoiceLogic's voicemail courier service transmits pre-recorded informational or marketing messages to voice mail boxes, similar to an autodialer. Each message is hand-delivered, thereby complying with the new FTC rules.
