Define Yourself.ca releases third season of award winning web T.V. show. Women 40+ get real about aging

Toronto, ON – September 15, 2009 – SWING Think Inc., announces the launch of Season 3 of its award winning, web-based T.V. show, www.DefineYourself.ca which tells the story of women 40+ and their experience of aging. This year's cast includes five women ranging in age from 42-63 years and ranging in aging attitudes from the naturalist to the high esthetic. The third season's stories will be released starting today.

In its second season, Define Yourself won the prestigious Gold Quill award for excellence in electronic communications and programming and this year Define Yourself is expanding its seasons webisode programming to four times the size to be released once weekly over a year.

Every woman will identify with one or more of these five dynamic and passionate cast members of everyday women; Janette, Nicole, Anne, Caroline and Debra, coming from diverse backgrounds and providing insight into the wide range of mindsets of women across the continent. You will see each woman's individual contemplation and the fireworks when they come together to meet for the first time. This provocative and groundbreaking series covers a range of aging-related topics such as self-esteem, image, choices, vanity and authenticity, influences and societal pressures, regret, breakthroughs and of course, sex-and tells it like it is for women— sometimes funny and often serious.

Women 40+ are interacting online like never before. According to a report titled, "The Power of Social Networking For Women Study, July 2009", conducted by ShesConnected Multimedia Corp, women are one of the fastest growing segments on social networks with 53% of online women using social networks at least weekly. The rate of social network adoption in the past year has been especially strong among older women. They found that women over 40 years of age accounted for 53% of female core users.
