The call for entries to be named Best Of the Best (BOB) in the contact center industry officially opened today. The launch of the Contact Center World Awards Conferences where the prestigious accolades will be awarded in the coming year to preeminent customer service professionals and corporations via award conferences for the Americas, EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), and APAC (Asia Pacific) business regions sets a new precedent in professional industry events. The Contact Center World Awards Conferences 2006, produced and managed by ContactCenterWorld.com the world’s largest support organization for contact center professionals and author of the 2005 International Contact Center Benchmarking Study, will honor world class businesses in 9 different categories in each region with winners then moving on to compete in the World Finals.

The two day conference events to be held in Dallas, London, Singapore, and the World Finals in Las Vegas, promote reaching peak business performance and also raise the bar for customer service standards. Winners will be selected following a screening process lead by a judging panel of global experts and votes accumulated from each conference’s delegate base after viewing finalists’ exclusive live presentations of strategies employed to advance their company’s business.

Says Raj Wadhwani, Founder of ContactCenterWorld.com; “The BOB awards are set to be the most esteemed awards available for contact centre professionals, the “Academy Awards” of customer service based business.
