Brand Experts Support Dedicated Entrepreneurs by Giving One Thousand Scholarships for BrandU's Business Profit System Curriculum

Los Angeles, CA (October 7, 2009) - Brand experts and BrandU™ co-creators Kim Castle & W. Vito Montone reveal their biggest "give" to date by giving one thousand entrepreneurs and small business owners a scholarship for BrandU's Business Profit System, a science-backed, entrepreneur-tested, business building curriculum, normally a $7800 investment.

The "big give" was dreamed up by Castle and Montone after a recent survey to business owners, in which they discovered what they really need in today's unusual economic climate to build the life they want as an entrepreneur: a plan of action, marketing strategy and guided support.

"We learned that entrepreneurs were hungry for tangible business support, so they're getting it," boasted BrandU™ co-creator Kim Castle. "Because it is our goal to create one million entrepreneurs to become successful and whole, and given the challenging economic times, we've raised the bar to help small business owners and those starting their own business. These one thousand scholarships will guide them to develop solid, long-lasting businesses, but they must be willing to meet us as fully!"

In an all out viral social media campaign, business owners and entrepreneurs from around the world will be invited to submit their written and video testimonials as to why they feel they should receive the $7800 BrandU business-building curriculum.

"You'll never see a scholarship like this out there for small businesses — three dynamic programs to assist entrepreneurs from the very inception of their business to taking their unique brand into market," commented brand builder and BrandU™ co-creator W. Vito Montone. "However, while the curriculum is on us, the commitment and hard work is up to them!"

With President Obama, along with economists everywhere, encouraging entrepreneurism to pull the domestic and global economy out of its hardship, small businesses are being hit hard. According the BrandU's entrepreneur survey, 48% of the business owners polled have had formal business education in which they spent $10,000 or more, and some over $150,000, yet they are still struggling.

"The survey results are very disturbing to us," said Montone. "It is no longer a matter of formal education; it's a matter of having access to a practical and relative curriculum, tested on real businesses. The Business Profit System is just that."

The Business Profit System is a science-backed curriculum comprised of three programs, Stage One Power Path — solidifying the idea and model of your business; Stage Two Brand Power — uncovering your company's uniqueness and defining your brand DNA; and finally Stage Three Market Power — taking your unique brand to market and converting it into sales.
