RentalJournal releases lifestyle survey results

In its latest release of survey findings, the publisher has found consistencies in the importance of various amenities across and among identified groups. The results are grouped according to a user-identified lifestyle, such as animal lover, senior citizen, young family, etc. This is the first time data of this type has been collected and should prove highly useful to property owners and managers.

Not surprisingly all groups were sensitive to the monthly cost of renting, although to differing degrees. Cost was less important to mid-career individuals and pet owners than young families, for example. One consistent finding across all groups is that each values washer/dryer connections very highly, frequently rating this as more important than even lease length.
