LateRooms.com announces that, they may have been dead for millions of years, but dinosaurs still continue to fascinate and entertain people to this day.

Anyone staying at hotels in Paris with an interest in these impressive ancient creatures could find that one show which is coming to the city will give them a real insight into how triceratopses and stegosauruses may have lived.

Walking with Dinosaurs Live has been stomping its way around the world on a tour that first started in Australia back in 2007 and it will soon be arriving in the French capital.

Showing at the Palais Omnisports de Paris-Bercy from December 23rd until the 27th, the performance is based on the TV show of the same name – which was narrated by Kenneth Branagh - and tells the story of the 200 million-year old beasts.

The audience is in for a real treat as the production, which cost £10 million, features simulated earthquakes, erupting volcanoes and all the terrors of a comet hurtling towards the earth.

More than two million people have taken their seats to enjoy the performance since it began touring and children and adults alike have seen a tyrannosaurus rex trample its way around the stage.

There are morning, afternoon and evening tickets available for the show in Paris and they cost either €48.20 (£43.70) or €59.20.

"Walking with Dinosaurs Live is likely to be popular," said Jess Reading, head of marketing at LateRooms. "LateRooms strongly recommends people considering attending to book hotels Paris as soon as possible."
