First Foundation Adds New Member to Edmonton Mortgage Team

Edmonton, Alberta, December 21, 2009 – First Foundation Residential Mortgages, a leading Edmonton and Calgary Mortgage Broker, is proud to announce that Lisa Keddy, B.Comm, AMP, has joined the firm.

Lisa Keddy has joined the ranks of First Foundation as the company's Business Development Manager. Her main focus at First Foundation will be creating and maintaining referral relationships with Edmonton's professional community.

Lisa is originally from rural Nova Scotia. She has a background in public and private sector management, and more recently the financial services industry, which she's been involved in since 1999. Recently she worked with Edmonton's financial planning community as a representative of the Manulife ONE product. Prior to her stint at Manulife, Lisa was the Business Development Manager for CHIP (Canadian Home Income Plan) for four years, which is how First Foundation came to know her. CHIP offers reverse mortgages to Canadian seniors 60 and over. First Foundation's subsidiary, Horizon Equity, is licensed by CHIP to offer its product to First Foundation customers.
