LateRooms.com - Holiday on Ice show to wow Düsseldorf crowds

LateRooms.com can announce that Düsseldorf is welcoming the Holiday on Ice show to the city, where the latest performance, entitled Tropicana, will wow audiences.

People staying in Düsseldorf hotels may be pleased to hear that there will be eight shows in five days from January 27th to 31st.

With two performances per day on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday, there is plenty of opportunity for visitors to the city to take in one of the ice dancing displays.

The Philipshalle is playing host to the entertainment, which promises to feature spectacular dance routines and special effects.

Holiday on Ice holds the record for the most visited show in the world and in 2003, was the most watched show of all time with more than 300 million people taking in a performance.

With more than 50 skaters involved in the production, it is a stunning evening of entertainment with a global reputation.

"LateRooms anticipates heavy demand for hotels Düsseldorf due to the Holiday on Ice show and recommends that people attending book their accommodation early," says LateRooms head of marketing Jess Reading.

Tickets for the event start at €5 (£4.44) and can cost up to €47.90 for rink-side seats.

The show will be touring Germany at the start of 2010, stopping in other cities including Berlin and Munich.
