LateRooms.com can announce that if people are looking for a real taste of Spain during their stay at hotels in Seville, there are some things they could be eager to try.

As well as flamenco dancing, traditional food and the opportunity to have an afternoon siesta, they may also want to take in a bullfighting event.

Although this sport may not be to everyone's taste, tourists who are eager to see the experts don their colourful costumes and show off their skills could find that spring is a particularly good time to visit the region.

The April Fair takes place every year in Seville, which is the capital of the autonomous community of Andalusia and considered to be one of the cultural and artistic capitals of the southern part of the country.

Bullfighting and flamenco dancing are a big part of this and according to What's on When, the 'April Feria' provides visitors with "a unique insight into the character of the region".

Some of the "best bullfights of the year" take place at the Plaza de Toros de Maestranza de Caballeria and visitors may not want to pass up this opportunity to see one of Spain's most exciting spectacles.

The news provider also advises that if people do not admire the sport of bullfighting there are plenty of other sights and sounds to keep them entertained during their time in the city, such as the Procession of Horsemen and Carriages.

Jessica Reading, head of marketing for LateRooms, commented: "Demand for the Seville April Fair is always significant and we recommend that anyone considering attending should book their hoteles en Sevilla as early as possible."
