ACOM Health Continues to Grow; Announces Service and Support Management Appointments
January 28, 2010 (PRLEAP.COM) Health NewsATLANTA, Georgia, January 28, 2010 – ACOM Health, a division of ACOM Solutions, Inc., has made two management appointments in a move that consolidates responsibilities and further strengthens the division's customer service and support capabilities, it was announced today by Libby Guntner, vice president of Healthcare operations.
Dr. Dorel Radivoj, D.C. has been promoted to customer service manager, with responsibility for both ACOM Health Professional Services and the ACOM Health Consulting Group. Dr. Radivoj joined ACOM as a clinical training consultant in late 2008, bringing to bear a unique background as a clinician, a teacher and an insurance company case manager. He graduated from Life University, Atlanta, in 2000, joining an Atlanta personal injury clinic as an associate. Later, was a clinical instructor at Life University, responsible for preparing student clinicians for outpatient clinical rotation, focusing on patient care and the importance of patient file documentation. As an insurance industry case manager, Dr. Radivoj experienced first hand the importance of documenting medical necessity in supporting chiropractic claims.
Brenda Bush, who joined ACOM in 2000 and most recently, has served as customer services manager in the company's iSeries/System i division, joins the management team of ACOM Health technical support. Ms. Bush has more than 17 years experience with all aspects of the proprietary software lifecycle, including electronic document design, quality assurance, technical support and entry level programming. She attended Jefferson State University, in Birmingham, Alabama.
