St, Petersburg, FL – January 28, 2010 – This month, ITS industry professionals from around the world gathered in Orlando, Florida for the opening of the 2010 BICSI conference season. BICSI, a leading professional association headquartered in Tampa, FL with membership that spans 140 countries, supports the ITS industry with information, education and knowledge assessment; ITS covers the spectrum of voice, data and video technologies.
