The Beatnicks Movie, starring Norman Reedus ("The Boondock Saints") available now on Netflix

Brooklyn, NY (February, 2010)- Aslan International is proud to announce that the Feature Film, "The Beatnicks" is now available on Netflix.

The film stars Norman Reedus (cult smash hit "The Boondock Saints"), Mark Boone Junior (award winning FX series "Sons of Anarchy"), Elodie Bouchez ("Alias") & co-starring Eric Roberts ("Batman: The Dark Knight"), Jon Gries ("Napoleon Dynamite") and Patrick Bauchau ("The Pretender").

Set in Los Angeles, "The Beatnicks," stars Norman Reedus as poet Nick Nero and Mark Boone Junior as musician Nick Beat, known as The Beatnicks. They find a magic box on the beach, that when opened, creates amazing music that hypnotizes anyone who hears it. But The Beatnick's abuse of the box's powers has unforeseen consequences. The poet falls in love and the musician meets a guru. Ultimately, they must both learn the most important lesson of life. As the film concludes, The Beatnicks reach a deeper understanding of themselves and the box earns them a gig of a lifetime.
