The combination of KIMCO and Eurest Services provides expanded geographic reach for self performed and managed facilities services, making it one of the largest providers in North America. John Barrett, former CEO of KIMCO, has been named President of Eurest Services USA.

The unified organization will serve clients with a wider range of facilities solutions and locations, capitalizing on a heritage of service excellence and team dedication with the resources and processes available from Compass Group. The joint company will offer services ranging from janitorial and building services to grounds keeping.
