LateRooms.com can reveal that people who are staying in Sydney hotels and have been travelling around for a while may be getting bored of constantly wearing the same clothes.

But now one Sydney bar is offering girls who need to revamp their wardrobes an opportunity to do it without spending a penny.

On March 31st Gone Swishing will take over at Mars Lounge in the Surry Hills area of the city.

Women who attend will be able to switch up to five items of clothing or accessories, such as bags and shoes.

Everyone at the Gone Swishing party must bring between one and five items and can walk away with the same number of new things from the selection brought in by other guests.

Doors for the event open at 18:30 (local time) with the official swishing taking place between 19:30 and 22:30.

Any unwanted clothing left at the end of the evening will be donated to charity so women who cannot find what they are looking for do not need to worry about taking unwanted items home with them again.

Tickets cost AU$15 (£8.96), which is a pretty good price for a whole new outfit.

Clothing exchanges have been popular among cash-strapped fashionistas for a while, with celebrities such as model Twiggy endorsing the concept.
