Atlanta (March 9, 2010) Westwood College recently named Bryan Gulebian as president of its Atlanta Midtown campus. With nearly two decades of experience in higher education, Gulebian brings a diverse set of skills and experience with him. He began his education career in the admissions department for ITT Technical Institute before moving on to the Career Education Corporation as a director of admissions. In 2002, he shifted his focus to fill the role of campus president for Lincoln Technical Services in Norcross, Georgia and later for Corinthian College in the Atlanta market.

"We are very pleased to welcome Brian to Westwood College and believe his contributions will lead the campus into an exciting new period of renewed student support and growth," said Lou Pagano, Westwood College's regional vice president. "His knowledge of the college admissions process helped him in his previous roles as campus president because he understands the goals and needs of students from the initial step. We look forward to leveraging his experience in this at Westwood as well."

In his previous campus president roles, some of his specialties were improving student retention, growing campuses and improving processes. Bryan has also been an Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools evaluator and was a past president of the Georgia Private School Association, representing more than 200 schools.

"I am excited to join Westwood College and look forward to guiding the Atlanta Midtown campus through its next phase of growth," said Gulebian. "With enrollment in career colleges rising, and the demands from the workforce for students who can hit the ground running, I think we have great opportunities ahead of us."

Located in the heart of Atlanta, the Westwood College Midtown campus is at the center of the business and commercial districts. The campus prides itself on a professional atmosphere that enables students to develop career-focused skills. Currently, the Midtown campus offers associate and/or bachelor's degrees in design, technology, business, healthcare and criminal justice.
