Coastal Nissan of Boston, MA, Awarded Light Commercial Vehicle Franchise

Coastal Nissan announces that their Boston Nissan dealership has been selected to represent Nissan with a Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) franchise. Beginning this fall, Coastal will be able to sell and service the entire fleet of Nissan LCVs, including vans, trucks and other specialty vehicles ideal for independent contractors and/or small fleets.

"Over the next few months Coastal Nissan will be adding and training staff, as well as enhancing our dealership facility to ensure the launch of this new line of vehicles is successful," says Kristen Walker, the Marketing Director at Coastal Nissan. "I invite our new and returning customers to come visit our dealership lot to see our new line, and all the changes we will be making at Coastal in the coming months."

Nissan's Light Commercial Vehicles are currently available in 73% of world markets and make up approximately 20% of Nissan's overall sales. The recently added NV200 small van has made waves in the industry, winning the International Van of the Year 2010 award.

Founded in 2001, Coastal Nissan has grown quickly in the metro Boston market. The company's growth strategy has been to provide premium service without the premium price. Their Boston Nissan dealership expanded into a new location in 2005, and they continue to grow their product line and customer service.
