U-Thrive launch sports supplements and online community

U Thrive, the UK based sports nutrition community have just launched their website www.U-Thrive.com which welcomes provides information, advice and help from experts in nutrition, sports and recreational exercise.

Founded by Tony Gay and Matt Giles, U Thrive was created to provide online training and sports nutrition support inspire people at all levels to better fitness:

Tony is a co-founder of Thrive and has been in the industry of exercise and nutrition for over 15 years. Starting out as a personal trainer, Tony developed a keen interest in the benefits of nutrition in conjunction with exercise. He has worked with major sports nutrition brands such as GNC (General Nutrition Centres), EAS, Prolab, MRI and most recently Cytosport.
