- Experience tea in a different way with CHA in Shanghai

Now anyone visiting the city before the end of June will be able to watch a show that is described as "a symbolic portrayal of China's tea-drinking culture" by What's On When.

CHA involves acrobatics, dance, martial arts and magic in a performance that is likely to entertain most travellers.

Anyone who wants to catch one of the shows can see it four times a day as part of the Shanghai World Expo, which runs in the city until October.

The performers for CHA will take to the stage for their final appearance on June 30th, giving interested people a more than six weeks to be amazed by the feats and stunts.

Each show lasts for approximately 45 minutes and takes audiences along a journey of discovery about Chinese tea culture and the importance that tea plays in the nation.

The play is directed by Li Xining, who has won numerous awards for her directorial skills in acrobatics competitions and is also the vice chairperson of the China Association of Acrobatics.
