Discovery that requires information from auto manufacturers is never easy but when done fairly it allows insight into the decisions made surrounding safety issues. What did Toyota know, when did they know it and what did they do with the information? Those are questions that need to be answered.

Robert Clifford, the nationally renowned personal injury attorney based out of Chicago, wrote about the discovery process with auto manufacturers in a piece for the Chicago Lawyer.
