Lisa M. Wolfe combines her sixteen years of experience in the fitness industry and her passion for rock climbing in an exciting new book “Off The Wall- Exercises for climbers”. The exercises in this book are old favorites along with new developments in training techniques to bring the best workout to the climber.

By strengthening and stretching the muscles of the body, conditioning the heart and lungs, and improving mind focus and concentration, climbing can be taken to new heights. Body control and power can be enhanced through this workout regimen that includes strength, flexibility and cardiovascular exercise.

This off the wall training will help climbers stay on the wall longer and stronger.

Also released this month through Wish Publishing, is Lisa’s book on Circuit Training. This time saving workout was created for those who take advantage of every moment of the day. The workout brings a complete body training program to everyone’s home. Those who participate will enjoy the strength, tone and overall health benefits from the workout.

“Save Time with Circuit Training” is truly a wonderful addition to the fitness participant’s workout selection. The workout is designed around things found in the home and can be accomplished in less than one hour.
