Pikoulas, a silent partner of Mele Systems LLC has taken the role of President and CEO, effective September 1st 2005. Mr. Pikoulas stated “Youseful™ is evolving and developing Innovative Installation software similar to competitors like Install Shield™ (MVSN: NASDAQ:NM) and Wise Solutions™ (ATRS: NASDAQ:NM). We expect to launch an innovative, competitively priced new installation software product in 2006. Moreover, we are developing a second line of business dedicated to creating custom plug-ins to enhance FileMaker’s capabilities. FileMaker™ is a subsidiary of Apple Computer (AAPL: NASDAQ:NM). Our plug-ins currently supports FileMaker versions 5 thru 7 on the Windows platform. Youseful offers pre-designed as well as custom plug-ins to maximize benefits to FileMaker developers.
