CHICAGO, IL-SAVO Group, (www.savogroup.com), has been named to the Chicago Tribune 2010 "Top Workplaces" list. The "Top Workplaces" list identifies the leading workplaces in the Chicago area based upon the opinions of the employees.

Opinions were shared in an anonymous survey, in which employees praised the working environment and employee appreciation at the company:

- "SAVO challenges me, gives me opportunities to learn new things, and helps me to expand my ability as an individual, both to the company's advantage as well as my own."
-"At SAVO I am using my skills and acquiring new ones daily. I also feel very appreciated."
- "They are very quick with making changes [at SAVO]. If they think something is good for the growth of the company, they just go for it without wasting time."

Cameron Messier, SAVO's Director of Technology Services, echoed these sentiments. Messier, who joined SAVO after a successful career at Accenture, stated: "SAVO has a great working environment that allows us to deliver meaningful and lasting value to customers. Without question, however, it's the people that make SAVO the best place to work in Chicago. We recruit only the best, brightest people who take pride in our work, our collaboration, and our results. I continue to learn daily from the expertise of my colleagues."

"SAVO is honored to receive this recognition," said Mark O'Connell, President and CEO. "We have always recognized our employees as our greatest asset. We are committed to fostering an environment that promotes employee growth, satisfaction, and success. Our focus on our corporate culture has helped us build and retain a dedicated and loyal workforce that is instrumental to the results we deliver for our customers. This award is significant because it reinforces what has become a pillar of SAVO's success. More importantly, it inspires and challenges us to build on this strong foundation. "

SAVO was evaluated based on survey responses from its employees and a company profile questionnaire. The results of the employee survey were compared across organizations, with the top 100 companies appearing on the list. SAVO ranked number 15 among small companies with fewer than 250 employees. By receiving this recognition, SAVO joins other leading Chicago companies like CareerBuilder, Groupon, Morningstar and Deloitte.
