MOBIFORM SOFTWARE, LTD. COMPLETES ACQUISITION WITH MOBIFORM SOFTWARE, INC. (formerly FIREFLY LEARNING, INC.)

Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada – MOBIFORM Software, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, announced that it has acquired all of the issued and outstanding shares of capital stock of Canadian based, MOBIFORM Software, Ltd. In accordance with the terms of the agreements of the acquisition, the current Board of Directors of MOBIFORM Software, Ltd. were appointed to the Board of MOBIFORM Software, Inc.

Ronald DeSerranno, CEO of MOBIFORM states, “We are excited to complete the acquisition with US based MOBIFORM Software, Inc. We look forward to completing our financing as we prepare for our regulatory filing with the SEC to become a US publicly traded reporting company.”

MOBIFORM is focused on developing authoring tools for next generation technologies. Its founding team has more than 50 years of software development experience. Founded in 2002, MOBIFORM developed leading edge Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) authoring products. MOBIFORM changed direction in early 2004 upon researching XAML (Extensible Application Markup Language), part of Microsoft’s next generation operating system, Windows Vista. MOBIFORM then switched focus to building a superior XAML authoring product as the benefits of XAML outweigh what SVG offers. MOBIFORM’s XAML Designer, Aurora, is actively being used by many software industry leaders today. MOBIFORM’s focus on XAML and strategic relationship with Microsoft has helped in making Aurora a leader in XAML authoring.

Primary focus in the next fiscal year will be on Aurora development, design and taking full advantage of Microsoft technology updates. “Organizations who use Aurora to build graphics, applications, documents and the revolutionary user experiences that Windows Presentation Foundation and Vista will deliver, need a solution that works.
