Duke Manufacturing Introduces a Hot/Cold Convertible Drop-In Solution
December 09, 2010 (PRLEAP.COM) Education NewsSt. Louis– Duke Manufacturing has introduced a new Dual Temperature Drop-In Unit to keep fresh menu items at the highest quality –serving as either a cold or hot unit, depending on the menu of the day.
"Variety in the menu is an essential tactic to earning the students' participation in a school dining program. The Dual Temp unit offers unmatched flexibility to dining management as they strive to earn the attention of today's student," said Jim Klimt, Vice President of Sales with Duke Manufacturing.
The unit is flexible and easy to use, featuring automatic water fill, high limit thermostat element protection, front panel access to temperature and function controls and a single control switch to change between hot and cold operation.
What's more, Duke has five models available in 2, 3 ,4 5 and 6 well configurations all of which meet NSF-7 for cold operation and NSF-4 for hot operation. All models are designed for installation into wood or metal counters.
