The song "The Curse' is a narration of a dreadful sadness being told in anger and suffering through stanzas of lyrics. The lyrics do not give much reason to the question of why this is happening ("the demons are coming alive') and what will happen next , the lyrics are telling the present situation, only at some parts its hinted something about a haunted past ("haunted haunted, those days those days in Surrey Surrey…').

The reason why Pasha has given ambiguity to his lyrics is so that the song remains open to interpretation, the audience can interpret it in any way they prefer. Also the constant stylish sigh of women's voice throughout the track in the background adds to the mystery of the song and makes it more interesting and highly melodious.

The curse The video is a portrayal of a young boy being haunted by a strange melody in the streets of "Surrey'. This strange call takes the form of a witch, An anti life Like creature that thwarts his attempts at living a normal life.

So he has to trace back his past in surrey (Vancouver), where he had casually ditched a young girl's adoration for him, but had actually awakened a strange force in the form of a woman who hates men who spurn true love.
