– Guilin to host the 5th Annual Xing'an Rice Noodle Festival from 28 April to 3 May 2011

April 09, 2011 (PRLEAP.COM) Lifestyle News can announce that the fifth annual Xingan Rice Noodle Festival is to be held in Guilin over five days only. The event is to take place from the 28th April 2011 and will close on the 3rd May 2011.

Organisers anticipate that the event will be well attended as previous years' events have been very popular. The festival traditionally celebrates the authentic dish famous in the Xing'an County and was originally founded to develop tourism in the area.

The event will allow visitors to experience a taste of a whole range of traditional rice noodles and there will be a host of activities and events planned to keep guests entertained. Organisers hope to educate tourists and visitors on local cuisine and promise a full range of traditional menus.

Guests staying at cheap Guilin hotels can also expect to be fully entertained by traditional folk singing and lion dancing competitions. Buses to escort groups to and from the local tourist attractions in the area will be available. There will also be spectacular opening and closing ceremonies to mark the occasion.

Visitors can also make the most of all that Guilin has to offer by visiting its many tourist attractions and checking out the other events happening in and around the area.
