Tourism Ireland Awards Second Marketing Contract to New Media Travel

Today, New Media Travel (NMT) announced that Tourism Ireland has awarded it a second Internet-based, video-oriented marketing contract.

This new campaign builds momentum for the 15 Travel Video Postcards already created for Ireland and carried on the NMT flagship product the Travel Video Postcard branded YouTube channel.

Two of New Media Travel's most successful one minute, sound-rich videos are "The Ring of Kerry" and "The Pubs of Belfast."

These videos are distributed globally to high-value online travel channels such as Travel Weekly, Trip Advisor, AOL, YouTube, Technorati and featured on the Tourism Ireland Website and video platforms.

New Media Travel has developed branded Travel Video Postcards from Tourism Ireland's existing video content and uploaded them to its YouTube channel, which has four million download page views.

In addition, these videos will be uploaded to high value travel Websites, such as Travel Weekly and TripAdvisor, and inserted into blog posts at high value sites such as Technorati.

The continuing partnership allows Tourism Ireland to access the New Media Travel high value distribution strategy and social network as well as its flagship product Travel Video Postcards.
