The race is a regaining event where teams navigate cross-country between check points. Teams are able to choose which checkpoints to visit within a time limit in order to maximise the points they obtain.

The first day of the race is Saturday 13th August. The race will start with a two-hour mandatory event and will feature a series of connecting rogaines. Teams will have to reach a number of compulsory checkpoints and will also have the chance to obtain bonus checkpoints.

Throughout the race, teams will be required to navigate, trek, swim, mountain bike, run and snorkel to reach the finish line and will also need to interact with locals in order to find some of the checkpoints.

There will be prizes awarded to the winning team, which are yet to be confirmed by Event Logic, the race organisers.

Port Vila hotels provide an ideal base for both competitors and spectators, with many restaurants and other activities to experience whilst in the city.

Competitors who enter the race will be charged $990 for their team, which includes return transfers from the airport, a welcome buffet, a beach celebration at the end of the race and more.
