The event will be gathering all members working within the pharmaceutical industry including regulators, CRO's and academics to share ideas on best practices. Safety Pharmacology will be discussed in detail using theory, case studies and practical experiences to improve the field.

During the discussions a number of topics are set to be addressed as the agenda includes reviews of issues such as creating greater cooperation between the industry and academic regulators during safety assessments. The conference will take the form of poster presentations where attendees are being invited to submit ideas that will come under review at the event. An exhibition also runs alongside the presentations which will showcase the latest technology and services essential to practitioners.

At the end an awards ceremony will recognise those members that have made a significant contribution to the society.
