Red Level Networks Announces Acquisition

Novi, Mich. August 11, 2011 - Red Level Networks, a premier Michigan-based IT solutions provider, announced today that it has acquired the technical services division of Preferred Solutions of Northville, Michigan. Effective immediately, this agreement allows Red Level Networks to acquire forty clients from Preferred Solutions.

"Red Level Networks was clearly the best choice for us," said Marie Seipenko, president of Preferred Solutions. "This acquisition was definitely the right move for both parties."

In addition to the acquisition, Preferred Solutions will also become a client of Red Level Networks. Red Level Networks will be working with Preferred Solutions as managed service, or RedCARE+, clients; this plan includes virtualization and disaster recovery, among other services. Other terms of the agreement have not been disclosed.

RedCARE+ is Red Level Networks' managed service plan, providing a flat, fixed monthly rate at which companies can receive IT services. The plan can be customized to fit individual companies' IT needs.
