Tummy tuck – Also known as an abdominoplasty, a tummy tuck is a good option for women who are close to their ideal body weight but still have some excess skin and fat that they want removed. Patients who have worked out and still can't loose that extra belly weight are optimal candidates.

Liposuction – Pregnancy often transforms a mom's waistline for years to come, creating a roll around the midsection. Liposuction, which can be combined with a tummy tuck, will eliminate this excess fat and remove love handles and "saddle bags" on the back.

Breast lifts – Breasts naturally droop after pregnancy and nursing, which is an unavoidable fact. In many cases, the sagging will cause the nipple to appear as if it is pointing downward.
