Circumstances, by Frances Clare McEvoy, follows the life of a young boy named Evan and all the people who are influenced by him and his family. From the young girl next door to the doctor who delivers his daughter, every person he meets plays a role in his long life. His daughter, too, follows a similar journey that comes full circle when she returns to her hometown and marries her high school English teacher, who influenced her life both then and now. The stories of Circumstances prove that even acquaintances can shape our futures. Who will influence your life today?
