Dance sneakers to get you in a spin.

More and more people are turning to dance to keep fit. Unlike the gym it is fun, social and something you always wanted to do.

Having mastered some turns and basic footwork, so far so good. Then the class teacher introduces a move with a spin in it, it looked great when demonstrated. Unfortunately you whirled into the couple next to you like an out of control Tasmanian devil!
