New Team at JAXQuickfit Tyres in Maroochydore

With 20 year's retail experience under his belt, Carey Reeve spotted a good business opportunity within the tyre industry and is now the proud owner of the established JAXQuickfit Tyres Maroochydore franchise.

Together with his wife and two small children, Carey moved to the Sunshine Coast from Brisbane where he owned surf and DVD shops for the past decade.
"I have built up quality customer service skills over my time in retail and it was a natural progression to branch out from management and into ownership" Carey says.

"I saw a fantastic business opportunity within the JAXQuickfit Group as a sought after retailer within the Australian automotive industry".

The JAXQuickfit Maroochydore store has undergone an extensive makeover with a repainted exterior and renovated showroom housing timber floorboards, flat screen TV, large waiting area, coffee facilities and renovated bathroom.

"The store is conformable and inviting for our customers – both male and female. Our customer mix is diverse – with the largest group from that being families - so we need to ensure that everyone is catered for. Our comfortable, new facilities will help us to achieve that."

Carey's ambition for the busy store is to achieve a strong customer retention rate and therefore to increase customer loyalty to the business.
