- Scottish Bike Show returns to Glasgow

Cycling fans will soon be flocking to Glasgow for the 2012 edition of the Scottish Bike Show.
The event takes place at the Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) from Friday April 13th to Sunday April 15th, providing a consumer showcase of the latest bikes and related products, live demonstrations, interactive competitions and expert advice.
It is designed to appeal to cyclists of all ages and abilities, whether they are road racers, mountain bikers, hardcore enthusiasts or occasional riders.
With more than 5,100 people attending the Scottish Bike Show in 2011, this year's edition has been extended from two to three days to accommodate the large number of expected visitors.
The list of confirmed exhibitors for the show includes Alpine Bikes, Cycling Scotland, Kinesis UK, Schwalbe and Yokozuna.
Advance tickets are available to buy online, priced at £8 for adults and £6 for under-16s. For those paying on entry to the SECC, the prices will be £10 for adults and £7.50 for young people.
