Exvere Announces Sale of Crux Subsurface, Inc.

Seattle, WA Exvere Inc., a Seattle M&A firm, announced today that Crux Subsurface, Inc. of Spokane, Washington has agreed to be acquired by Quanta Services, Inc. Nick Salisbury and three partners established the company in 1998, after years of experience in exploration and drilling within the Western United States. Crux is now recognized as a leader of difficult logistics projects in the most challenging terrain and extreme site conditions. The Company's innovative project approaches result in radically lowering a projects overall risk while enhancing constructability and reducing environmental impact.

Crux's management team sees this as a logical transition, "Quanta has been a major customer for many years. We have worked closely with them on projects so joining the Quanta family of businesses makes perfect sense", says Nick Salisbury. "Combining the unique capabilities of Crux with the financial strength of Quanta is an exciting prospect."
